EASY 3-INSTALLMENT PAYMENT WITH NO FEES

La Grande Boutique now offers payment in 3 installments with no fees.

To benefit from installment payments, all you need is a credit card. This option is available for payments made with a French card starting from €100.

The installment payment is completely free, with no additional charges. Your total order amount is divided into 3 parts: an initial payment at checkout, a second payment 30 days later, and a final payment 30 days after that.

All Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted, except foreign cards and cards with an expiration date of less than 4 months.

MY PAYMENT FAILED – WHY?

Please check that you have correctly entered your card details (including expiration date and the 3-digit security code), that sufficient funds are available, and that your card limit has not been reached. You must also complete the 3D Secure authentication (usually via an SMS sent to your phone) to finalize the payment.

If you are certain that all these conditions are met, please contact our partner’s support team, providing the email used for the payment, the amount, and the transaction date.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY INSTALLMENT PAYMENT FAILED – IS THIS NORMAL?

You received this email because one of your installment payments was declined by your bank. Our system will automatically attempt to charge your card several times.

If you believe future charges will also be declined (for example, due to insufficient funds or card limits), please contact our partner’s collections department.

You can also log in to your secure payment page using the link provided in the email to enter a different credit card and allow your installments to be processed.

I HAVE CHANGED MY CREDIT CARD – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have blocked your previous card or need to use a different card/account, please contact our partner with the details required to identify your payment schedule: your first name, last name, email, and the phone number used during the payment.

I AM EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES PAYING AN INSTALLMENT.

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER.

The refund process is simple: the installment schedule is canceled and any amounts already paid are refunded to the credit card used for the first payment. In the case of a partial refund, the process remains the same: the schedule is recalculated and any overpaid amount is refunded to the original credit card.
