All orders on the Site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. These are subject to modifications and updates; the conditions applicable to the order of a product by a customer are those in effect on the day of the order. These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law, except for mandatory contrary provisions such as those resulting from the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of June 19, 1980.
PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") exclusively govern the sales made on the website lagrandeboutique.net (hereinafter the "Site") of products offered by La Grande Boutique to buyers acting as consumers (hereinafter the "Customer(s)") and specify the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and management of any returns of products ordered by Customers.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are made available to Customers on the lagrandeboutique.net Site where they can be directly consulted.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are binding on the Customer who declares to have read and accepted them by checking the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale" before implementing the online ordering procedure.
La Grande Boutique reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In the event of a modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in effect on the date of validation of the order. It is therefore up to the Customer to refer to them during each order validation.
The nullity of a contractual clause does not entail the nullity of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by La Grande Boutique shall not constitute a waiver on its part of the application of this or these clauses or of the other clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale which continue to produce their effects.
THE CUSTOMER
The customer of the Site must be a consumer, a natural person of legal age and legally capable. The customer must, during their first order on the Site, open a customer account and fill out an order form specifying certain mandatory fields so that their order of products can be taken into account by La Grande Boutique.
The information communicated to La Grande Boutique as part of the opening of their customer account or during each of their orders must be complete, accurate, and up to date. La Grande Boutique may, if necessary, ask the customer for confirmation—by any means—of this information and their identity.
Given the commercial policy described above, La Grande Boutique reserves the right not to follow up on orders from subjects who differ from the "Consumer" or orders not compliant with its commercial policy.

lagrandeboutique.net is an online sales site with a network of multi-brand La Grande Boutique and Carlotta boutiques, offering you a sharp selection of clothing items, fashion accessories, jewelry, and perfumes.
THE PRODUCTS
As each boutique has an individual and distinct offer, La Grande Boutique offers products from emerging designers to better-known and luxury brands.
On lagrandeboutique.net, only top-quality products are offered for sale. The distributed brands are carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.
lagrandeboutique.net does not sell second-hand, defective products, or products of lower quality than the standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on lagrandeboutique.net within each of the product sheets. The products sold are photographed and described as faithfully and accurately as possible. Errors or omissions are possible. Similarly, depending on the Internet browser or screen used, the colors of the items might not correspond to the actual colors.
The products sold are those described and visible on the site. Product offers are valid within the limit of available stocks and we reserve the right to modify these offers at the beginning of each week. Any out-of-stock product will be indicated. However, the availability and delivery of a product are only guaranteed by our sending of a confirmation email for your order.
Some items sold on the site have already been offered for sale in La Grande Boutique and Carlotta boutiques. They are therefore sometimes labeled accordingly.

PLACING AN ORDER
THE STEPS
Placing an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by La Grande Boutique, materialized by a succession of different screen pages indicating the steps the customer must imperatively follow to validate their order.
The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating their order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors before confirming it to express their acceptance.
ORDER VERIFICATION
La Grande Boutique will also be entitled to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order as well as any order not compliant with these general terms and conditions of sale.
In these cases, La Grande Boutique will inform the customer by phone or by email. Failing for the customer to proceed with La Grande Boutique to correct the erroneous elements or those contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale, La Grande Boutique reserves the right not to process the order.
PROCEDURE
When you find an item you want to buy, select your size (there is also a Size Guide link for each item) and the desired quantity. Then click on the "ADD TO CART" button. You can continue shopping and add other items to your cart, or you can click on "CHECKOUT" to finalize your order at the top right of the page.
Payment is quick and simple. Regardless of the number of items in your cart or the number of boutiques they come from, you will only have one payment to make. We ship worldwide via UPS. We accept all credit and debit cards as well as PayPal; simply select your payment method, fill in the details, and then click on "PLACE ORDER / MAKE PAYMENT".
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order and starting the validation process. Your order will be sent directly to you from the boutique where you purchased the product.
Start by making your selection by browsing the site or using our advanced search mode if you know what you are looking for.
Click on the images to access the outfit pages, then the product pages to view the detail of each product. Add the items to your cart after selecting the size and quantity by clicking on "Add to cart".
Check the nature of the items added to your cart.
To delete an item, click on the cross provided for this purpose and to change the number of items, modify the quantity, then press the update button.
You can then finalize your order or choose to continue shopping.
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on lagrandeboutique.net, you must fill out the order form provided by the site following the relative instructions.
The order form contains a summary of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, but also information on the essential characteristics of each of the products ordered and the price referring to them (including applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of return, and finally, the methods and deadlines for returning purchased products.
The contract is concluded when La Grande Boutique receives, electronically, your order form and once the accuracy of the data relating to the order has been verified.
Before proceeding with the purchase of products by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
The order form will be archived in our database for the time necessary for the shipment of orders and according to legal deadlines. You can access your order form by consulting the "My Account / My Orders" section.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to detect and correct any data entry errors.
Once the contract is concluded, La Grande Boutique will take charge of your order.
In the event that the products presented on lagrandeboutique.net are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, La Grande Boutique must promptly inform you, and in any case, within thirty working days from the day following your order, of the potential unavailability of the ordered products. In the event of transfer of the order form and payment of the price, La Grande Boutique will do what is necessary to refund the amount you have advanced.
With the electronic transmission of the order form, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and you undertake to observe these conditions in your dealings with La Grande Boutique. If you disagree with certain terms indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to transfer your order form for the purchase of products on lagrandeboutique.net and to contact one of our customer service representatives at +33 (0)4 42 26 30 72.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders are not subject to modification due to their immediate execution and for technical reasons.
In the event of a website malfunction that has affected orders, price displays, or transactions, or a stock shortage regarding the ordered products, La Grande Boutique will have the possibility to cancel the online orders placed by customers. It will inform the customer by email or phone to indicate the cause of the cancellation of the orders placed.
PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros (for France and countries belonging to the European Union). For all countries, the invoiced products include all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The prices invoiced to the customer are those in effect on the date of the order.
For customers residing outside the territory of the European Union and in the French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM), it is specified that the prices displayed on the Site will be invoiced excluding customs taxes and excluding delivery costs. We ship orders with import fees to be paid. This means that import fees are not included in the prices indicated online and on the product sheets. The customer will pay the freight forwarder upon importation of the product or later, the total amount of fees relating to customs duties and formalities, and import taxes applicable in the country where delivery is requested.
The payment of these fees, potentially necessary for the entry of ordered products into the delivery territory, is in no way the responsibility of La Grande Boutique.
Payment is made by credit card.
The customer must be the holder of the credit card used. They access a dedicated space provided by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order.
The customer is informed that, in order to combat internet fraud, a check will be carried out with the competent banking establishments and organizations.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (opposition, refusal by the issuing center...), the debit of the sums due by the customer proves impossible, the order will not be registered by La Grande Boutique.
DELIVERY
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming its receipt. Once your order and payment details are verified and approved for shipping, we send you an email to inform you.
In the event of a problem during the processing of your order, we will send you an email to inform you and potentially ask you for more details.
All items are shipped from our stores under the La Grande Boutique and Carlotta boutiques banners.
You will receive updates by email on the progress of your order and its delivery. You can also check its status from your account and see all the steps. On UPS, you can also track your shipments with the tracking number you received by email.
Delivery times vary according to the service chosen at the time of payment and according to the delivery zone; please consult our Shipping section for more information. Please note that lagrandeboutique.net cannot be held responsible for any delay in orders for reasons of customs clearance delays or payment operations.
Please note that in case of non-receipt of your order, you have 30 days after the shipping date to contact us. Beyond this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
The customer is solely responsible for a failure to deliver due to a lack of indication when placing the order.
The customer can choose either:
- delivery by Colissimo with insurance
- in-store pickup without delivery fees.
The package is delivered according to the shipping method chosen by the Customer and is handed over to the recipient against signature of a delivery note (depending on the delivery method), at the delivery address indicated during the ordering procedure.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the external appearance of the packaging and to note on the delivery note any visible damage to the packaging.
Shipping Information
We deliver worldwide by Colissimo, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please note that not all services are available in all countries. Shipping costs are indicated during your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method:
For France:
48H-72H if you order before noon *
For most destinations in Europe: delivery in 4-5 days*
For the rest of the world: delivery in 7-8 days*
* The shipping times indicated are given for information purposes only and are based on the time of shipment of your package. La Grande Boutique declines all responsibility for any delays caused by the customs clearance process or by payment delays.
It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the Customer after the registration of the order may lead to an extension of the delivery time.
DELIVERY DELAYS
As La Grande Boutique and the carriers are separate and independent entities, La Grande Boutique cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay attributable to Colissimo.
Delivery Issues
If the buyer notices any tampering or damage to their package, they have three days to notify the seller. We advise you, if the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open at the time of delivery, to check the condition of the items in the presence of the delivery driver and to immediately state reservations on the delivery note, or even refuse the package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if their package has been tampered with or damaged. We advise you to systematically check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the items, even if your package shows no signs of deterioration. If they have been damaged or stolen, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note (package refused because it was open or damaged). lagrandeboutique.net cannot be held liable if the buyer has not expressed a reservation.
To obtain a refund or exchange of items (subject to availability), the buyer must inform us of any problem noted by sending a message via the "Contact" section. The problem noted must be detailed (e.g., damaged package, already open, etc.). The buyer may be asked to provide a photo of the damage by email.
In the event of non-delivery of the package by the Post Office, the buyer must inform lagrandeboutique.net via the "Contact" section. We will then open an inquiry with the relevant services. An email indicating that an inquiry has been opened will be sent to you. The carrier's final response times vary from 2 to 4 weeks. If the package is found, it will be sent to the customer following the usual procedure. If the package is declared lost and there is no longer any stock available to ensure a second shipment, the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCEDURES
Cancellation
La Grande Boutique accepts cancellations, for any reason, before your order has been processed by the store. After that, you can no longer cancel your order, but you can return the products if you wish. If you have not yet received an email confirming that your order has been processed, you can cancel it here.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a right of withdrawal that they can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the receipt of the products ordered.
When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the first following business day.
To simplify the exercise of the right of withdrawal, La Grande Boutique asks customers to notify them by any means. On this occasion, the customer may specify whether they want a refund or, in special cases, a store credit.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.) accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note reminding the customer's contact details as well as their desire to receive a refund or a store credit, to the following address:

Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is non-compliant or has a manufacturing defect.
Any customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also the responsibility of the customer.
La Grande Boutique strongly advises its customers to return products via Colissimo, Lettre Max, or UPS. The customer also has the option to choose the carrier of their choice. However, the return costs and associated risks are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended to retain proof of this return, which implies that the products are returned with package tracking, or by any other means providing a certain date.
The right of withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the deadlines and procedures described in the previous points – is considered correctly applied if the following conditions are fully met:
- You have 14 days to send your return following the receipt of your order; after this period, we cannot guarantee a refund;
- We invite you to notify us of your return request by email or telephone.
- Once your return package has been received by our services and complies with our returns policy, we will refund you via your original payment method;
- We advise you to carefully check the products received before throwing away the labels and original packaging;
- Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original labels. Shoes and accessories must be returned in and with their original boxes and inside a shipping box;
- If the product was delivered with a security tag, it must remain attached. If the tag is removed, the returned product does not comply with our returns policy and will not be refunded;
- Perfumes and candles without their cellophane are neither refunded nor exchanged;
- Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packaging and lingerie must be tried on over your own lingerie;
- We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transport;
- Returned products are refunded excluding the original shipping costs;
- We do not accept returns of earrings (precious or fashion jewelry) or returns of any precious jewelry.
La Grande Boutique will return to you, in addition to the sums collected for the purchase of the products, the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products, only if the return of the products is due to a reason attributable to La Grande Boutique, for example, if the products do not possess the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects, or if there are errors in their delivery. In the latter case, you can inform us by email or telephone.
In the event that the procedures and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been respected, as stated above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to La Grande Boutique. You may, however, obtain your products at your own expense in the condition in which they were returned to La Grande Boutique. Otherwise, La Grande Boutique may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their acquisition.
Once your return has been received by the store and complies with our return policy, we will refund you via your initial payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank. Returned products are refunded excluding original shipping costs and return costs (at the customer's expense).
EXCHANGE AND REFUND DEADLINES AND PROCEDURES
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you will first need to return it to us, following the return procedure above. You can then place your new order.
REFUNDS
If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the procedures and terms indicated above, La Grande Boutique will do what is necessary to refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products within fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the condition of the products.
In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for the purchase, the refund of the sum, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made by La Grande Boutique, in all cases, to the person who made the payment.
The refund will be made using the same method as the one used during the purchase of the products by credit card.
LEGAL WARRANTIES
Regardless of any commercial warranty that may be granted by La Grande Boutique to the Customer, all products provided by La Grande Boutique benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-13 of the Consumer Code and the legal warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code.
Under these warranties, La Grande Boutique undertakes, at the Customer's choice, to refund or exchange defective products or those that do not correspond to their order.
Articles L. 211-4, L. 211-5, L.211-7, L. 211-12 and L.212-13 of the Consumer Code relating to the legal warranty of conformity:
• Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code:
"The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions, or the installation when this was made his responsibility by the contract or was carried out under his responsibility."
• Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code:
"To conform to the contract, the goods must:
1° Be fit for the use usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer, or by his representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
2° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be fit for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted."
• Article L211-7 of the Consumer Code:
"Lacks of conformity that appear within six months from the delivery of the goods are presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The seller can rebut this presumption if it is not compatible with the nature of the goods or the lack of conformity invoked."
• Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code:
"The action resulting from the lack of conformity is barred after two years from the delivery of the goods."
• Article L211-13 of the Consumer Code:
"The provisions of this section do not deprive the buyer of the right to exercise the action resulting from redhibitory defects as it results from Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code or any other action of a contractual or extra-contractual nature recognized by law."
Articles 1641 and 1648, first paragraph of the Civil Code relating to the legal warranty against hidden defects:
Article 1641 of the Civil Code:
"The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lower price, if he had known about them."
Article 1648, first paragraph of the Civil Code:
"The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect."
To benefit from the warranty, the Customer must contact the Customer Service of La Grande Boutique by following these steps:
- Have the order number and the reference of the item concerned ready (this information is indicated on your purchase invoice);
- Address the request for coverage to the Customer Service of La Grande Boutique by email at the following address: contact@lagrandeboutique.net
To ensure rapid and high-quality processing of the warranty request, the Customer will specify their contact details, their order number, and the reference of the item concerned, and will detail the problem encountered as much as possible and, as far as possible, attach a photograph of the product defect to the email.
All our products benefit from:
- the legal warranty of conformity
- the legal warranty against hidden defects.
To benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice for the product.
Contractual warranties do not cover:
- abnormal or non-compliant use of the products. In this regard, we invite you to carefully consult the maintenance advice,
- defects and their consequences related to use not in accordance with the purpose for which the product is intended,
- defects and their consequences related to any external cause.
In all cases, lagrandeboutique.net cannot be held responsible in the event of the manufacturer's/brand's refusal to apply its warranty for the reasons set out above.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SOFTWARE, AND CONTENT
We are the owners or licensees of all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio recordings, digital downloads, data compilations, and software including the presentation and compilation thereof) ("Content"). The rights in the Site and the Content are protected by international copyright law, as well as by any national laws regarding copyright and database rights. All such rights are reserved.
You may not systematically extract and/or reuse parts of the Site or the Content. In particular, you may not, without prior written agreement, use data mining, robots, or other data extraction and collection methods to extract (whether once or multiple times) and reuse substantial parts of the Site (for example: our prices or product listings).
Unless otherwise stated, all persons (including their names and images), all third-party registered trademarks and all images of third-party products, services, and/or addresses displayed on the Site are in no way associated, linked, or affiliated with us. All copyrights/trademarks displayed on the Site belong to the holders of those rights.
PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Site, you agree that your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you guarantee that all data you provide to us is accurate.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, it is reminded that the personal data collected from the Customer is necessary for processing their order. It may also be used for prospecting purposes. The purposes of each processing operation are described alongside the concerned processing. This data is intended for internal use by La Grande Boutique. This personal data may also be transmitted to third parties, partners of La Grande Boutique, unless the Customer objected to this during the collection of their data.
The Customer's personal data is kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of each processing operation envisaged by La Grande Boutique. The Customer has a right of access, modification, and opposition to the processing of data concerning them by contacting customer service by email at contact@lagrandeboutique.net
LIABILITY
La Grande Boutique cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due either to the Customer's fault, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
lagrandeboutique.net shall not be held liable for any inconveniences and damages inherent to the use of the Internet (service interruption, external intrusion, computer viruses, etc.).
We may update or change the Site or its content at any time, but we are under no obligation to do so. Please note that this means any content on the Site may be out of date at any given time. The content on the Site is provided for information purposes only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. We make no representations, warranties, or assurances, express or implied, that the Site, or its content, is accurate, complete, up-to-date, or free from any errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms, express or implied, which may apply to the Site, or its content.
We will not be liable to you or to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with: (i) the use of, or inability to use, the Site; or (ii) the use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Sales concluded with La Grande Boutique via the website www.lagrandeboutique.net are subject to French law.
Any disputes to which this contract may give rise, concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, termination, and their consequences, shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction of common law.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Severability - Each section and paragraph of these General Terms and Conditions is independent. If a court or competent authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs and sections will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver - If you breach these General Terms and Conditions and we do not take action, or if we delay in taking action, this does not mean that we waive our rights against you and we will still be entitled to act. If we waive our right to pursue you, we will only do so in writing (a waiver signed by one of our officers), and this does not mean that we would automatically waive our right to act in the event of a future breach by you.
